Additionally, the hotel prefers guests order food from their own restaurant rather than allowing food delivery, which felt a bit restrictive during my stay.

The place is super cozy! The pool and gardens were a blast. Staff were attentive, returning my lost watch right away, and the food was tasty. Airport transfer was smooth, making it a stress-free experience. I'd definitely come back!

Ope, the gardens were beautiful, and the pool was just perfect for an afternoon dip. Staff was super friendly, ya know? The breakfast spread had everything from fresh fruit to pancakes. Just a heads-up though, the roosters really liked to sing early! Could do with a little less crowing, huh?

The Classic Double Room was super comfy and clean. Loved the new bathroom and how spacious everything felt. The atmosphere was really calm, which helped me unwind after a long day. The staff was attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Great water pressure in the shower too! Only downside was the room seemed a bit dated in some areas and could use a little more modern touch, but overall a nice stay.

It was just a good match for a swift visit in Puerto Princesa with fantastic value for money. The warm welcoming staff, especially one named Arlene, went above and beyond to help us coordinate our tours despite several last-minute changes. Make sure to bring cash for tours since that’s the only payment option they accept.

We had an incredible stay at this spot, with our five kids enjoying the lush gardens and the relaxing pool. We even took the Underground River tour, which was a breeze to book thanks to the helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty, too.

In my wife’s opinion, a little more lighting in the room would have made our family’s stay cozier.
